Hi there!

I became a therapist because I have always felt a deep desire to help others navigate their personal challenges and find greater fulfillment in their lives. Witnessing the transformative power of therapy in my own life, I was inspired to pursue a career where I could provide the same support and guidance. My empathy, compassion, and curiosity about human behavior drove me to connect with individuals on a profound level, and I find immense meaning and purpose in facilitating their journeys toward healing and self-discovery.

My therapeutic style is rooted in a combination of attachment-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their attachment histories and how these impact their current relationships. Through CBT, I help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, fostering healthier coping mechanisms. With EMDR, I support clients in processing and healing from trauma, facilitating profound emotional and psychological transformation. This holistic approach allows me to address a wide range of issues, tailoring my methods to meet each client's unique needs.

Working with me as a therapist means entering a collaborative and empathetic space where your well-being is the primary focus. You can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences. Together, we will identify and reframe negative patterns, address unresolved trauma, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. My goal is to support you in your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and lasting change, providing you with the tools and insights necessary for personal growth.
